Meet Chef Eddie Williams of Vineyard Fishery Deli

Chef Eddie Williams, owner of Vineyard Fishery Deli in Indianapolis, is the winner of Fleming’s Steakhouse "Trip to Rioja" Sweepstakes! Eddie has had a passion for food and wine for over 20 years. From grilling in his backyard, to his days as a food service director in the military, and now in his business at Vineyard Fishery smoking meats and crafting charcuterie, Chef Eddie loves to do it all. Moving forward, he hopes to be able to cryovac his product to sell in retail, paired with olives, cheeses, and of course, wine! Eddie is a red wine guy; he’s been drinking a lot of indigenous Spanish wines to prep his palate for his upcoming trip while doing his homework researching all the sights and sounds of Rioja!
